An Italian thriller sees Ruth and Miguel split after Ruth finds another man, Paul. Ruth and Paul go to her beach side villa to spend the summer. All is going well till strange things start to happen. Ruth narrowly escapes death after the brakes of her car fail, then she almost drowns. Mguel turns up uninvited and Ruth suspects Miguel being behind the mishaps, but Paul dismisses her, it's only when he mentions it to Miguel things start to go awry.
